The importance of analyzing brand performance is a priority for organizations.  With analysis of the performance, an organization could evaluate and determine strategies to further elevate the awareness of their brand, which will result in increased Brand Equity. To acquire the much needed information, Frontier Consulting Group has developed the TOP BRAND concept.  The research concept is based on three major constructs which are Mind Share, Market Share, and Commitment Share.

The three major construct to measuring TOP BRAND are interconnected to each other. To make sure the result are accurate and relevant, the measurement of criteria would be across players in the same product category within the relevant segment and/or market.


Top Brand Award is an appreciation of the brands that are categorized as a top brand. Top Brand Award is given to brands in certain product categories that meet Top criteria. Top criteria is based on a survey conducted by Frontier Consulting Group.

Frontier Consulting Group has conducted surveys since 2000. Already more than 300 hundreds of products included in this survey, and along with the increasing product categories surveyed, the start of 2007 Top Brands Survey and the Top Brand Award held twice a year called the Top Brand Top Brand Phase I and Phase II.
